Our commitment

Primer Financial is committed to making its website accessible to all, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This site is also bilingual (French / English) in compliance with Canada's Official Languages Act.

Accessibility measures implemented

  • Semantic HTML5 with ARIA landmarks (header, main, nav, footer)
  • aria-label, aria-describedby, aria-live on all interactive components
  • Full keyboard navigation (tabindex, visible focus)
  • Color contrast conforming to WCAG AA (minimum 4.5:1 ratio)
  • Alternative text on all non-text elements
  • Forms with associated labels and accessible error messages
  • Scroll progress bar with role="progressbar" attributes
  • Flexible text size, zoomable up to 200% without content loss

Known limitations

Chart.js graphs in the loan simulator are accompanied by text alternatives (amortization table) for screen reader users. MetaMask/WalletConnect wallet connections depend on third-party accessibility implementations.
